TERMS & CONDITIONS: PLAN A (BASIC NON-COMPREHENSIVE AMC)

Multi-Year Long-Term Framework — FY 2026 Policy

  1. Contract Period & Service Scope
  • Minimum 2 to 5 Years: Following our 2026 policy, we do not sign 1-year agreements. AMC contracts are available only for fixed periods of 2 years (minimum), 3 years, or 5 years.
  • No One-Time Calls: We do not provide one-time or “call-based” repair services. Technical support is strictly saved for clients with an active AMC contract.
  1. Mandatory Site Check Rules

Before the contract starts, the client must complete one of these two system check options:

  • Option 1 (Physical Inspection): A certified BSIT engineer will visit your site to check your system. You pay a fee for this first, but this amount is 100% subtracted from your final AMC bill when you sign the contract.
  • Option 2 (Virtual Video Check): We can do a free video call check. The official price quote and system report will be sent directly to your official company email ID and official WhatsApp number.
  • Data Matching: The client must provide past records to verify if machines are under warranty. If the physical machines at your site are different from the check data, BSIT has the right to update the price quote or cancel the AMC immediately.
  1. Visits & Online Support Limits
  • Labor-Only Maintenance: Plan A covers only maintenance labor. It includes 4 regular service visits per year (one every 3 months) for system cleaning and preventive checks.
  • Complaint Limit: Extra visits for breakdown complaints are limited to a maximum of 6 total visits per year (this includes the 4 regular service visits).
  • Extra Visit Fees: If you require more than 6 visits a year, BSIT will charge an extra fee per visit or pause support until the core problem is permanently fixed.
  • Online Support Limits: Remote technical help via phone or tools like AnyDesk/TeamViewer is limited to a maximum of 2 sessions per month. Extra sessions will be billed separately.
  • Valid Service Proof: Any service report sent from official BSIT email or WhatsApp channels to your official contact points serves as final legal proof that the service was delivered.
  1. Spare Parts & Old Hardware Policy
  • Service Only: Plan A covers only service labor. The client must pay 100% of the cost for all hardware parts, spare items, and accessories.
  • Old Hardware Age Limit: Hardware items older than 5 years are not covered under standard service unless a senior BSIT engineer gives special written approval.
  • Repeated Faults on Old Gear: If your site has old, out-of-warranty equipment that fails repeatedly, and you refuse to upgrade the parts after official BSIT advice, BSIT will restrict support strictly to the 4 regular service visits. Extra breakdown visits will be denied or charged separately.
  • No Free Backup Machines: BSIT will not provide free temporary standby equipment (like cameras, DVRs, NVRs, or switches) while your machine is taken away for repair. Backup equipment is available strictly on rent.
  • No Material Buyback: Please note that the old hardware buyback or exchange option is not available under Plan A.
  1. Exclusions & Extra Charges
  • No Free Installations: Fitting new hardware, shifting cameras to new locations, running new wires, or changing structures are treated as new projects and will be billed separately.
  • Network & Software Resets: System issues caused by changes to your Internet Service Provider (ISP), router resets, computer formatting, or moving your software will attract standard service charges to reconfigure.
  • Transport Charges: If emergency or extra breakdown visits are needed because of client mistakes, or if your site is outside our standard service zones, extra travel costs will be billed to the client at actual rates.
  1. Payment Rules & Discounts
  • Contracts Under ₹25,000: Requires 100% full advance payment when signing the contract.
  • Contracts of ₹25,000 and Above: If you choose to pay in 4 quarterly installments instead of full advance payment, a mandatory 5% extra fee is added to the total contract value.
  • 2% Online Discount: Clients who clear 100% full upfront online payment during booking get an immediate 2% discount on their total bill value.
  • Service Suspension: If any installment payment is delayed for more than 15 days, BSIT reserves the right to freeze all services, support, and site visits instantly without notice.
  1. Privacy, Staff & Escalate Issues
  • Data Privacy: BSIT ensures that all your site data, CCTV footage, and system information remain strictly safe and confidential.
  • Problem Escalation: Any complaints must first go to our standard support team. If the problem is not resolved within 48 hours, you can escalate the matter directly to our Management.
  • Authorized Team: All technical training and services are handled strictly by authorized representatives.
  1. Legal Rules & Master Terms (MTC)
  • Master Terms Come First: In case of any technical or operational dispute, all solutions follow BSIT’s MASTER TERMS & CONDITIONS (WEBSITE REPOSITORY — COMPACT EDITION), Document Reference: BSIT/MTC/2026-V1, Effective Date: May 22, 2026.
  • Applies to Everyone: These terms apply universally to all clients and sites without exception—including legacy clients, existing setups, and out-of-warranty systems. The client cannot claim an exception by stating these rules apply only to newly bought products.
  1. Damage Exclusions & Liability
  • What is Not Covered: System failures caused by electricity power shocks, voltage surges, lightning strikes, bad electrical grounding, floods, heavy rain, fire, or animal damage (such as rat bites) are 100% excluded from the AMC.
  • No Indirect Liability: BSIT is not legally responsible for any data loss, missing video footage, or business downtime problems caused by system downtime.
  1. Expiry & Legal Jurisdiction
  • End of Service: The exact day your contract expires, BSIT is free from all service duties. Any service request after the expiry date will be billed at standard ad-hoc hourly rates plus the cost of parts.
  • Legal Area: All legal matters and disputes arising from this agreement are strictly subject to the courts in Mumbai Jurisdiction Only.

  • Data & Video Responsibility: BSIT manages system settings and software backups, but saving, archiving, and keeping your actual recorded CCTV video footage safe and private is 100% the client’s responsibility.
  • Internet Dependence: Watching cameras online on your mobile phone depends entirely on your Internet Service Provider (ISP). BSIT is not responsible if your internet connection is down or slow.
  • Outside Tampering: If any unauthorized outside technician touches, moves, alters, or tampers with the hardware or wires, your comprehensive warranty is instantly cancelled.
  • Safe Access to Site: The client must provide safe tools to reach the cameras (like proper scaffolding or steady ladders). If the site is unsafe or locked due to internal disputes, our repair time clock stops.
  • Old Hardware Age Limit: Existing systems that are already older than 5 years when you join are covered for a 1-year trial period only. After that, they must be upgraded to the certified BALIA SECURE AI framework.
  • Major Building Rewiring: If you do building renovations, painting, or structural changes that damage large sections of wires or pipes, the cost of new facility-wide rewiring is not covered.
  • 🚫 No Poaching of Staff: The client strictly agrees not to directly or indirectly offer a job, hire, or engage any BSIT technical engineer or staff member working at their site during the contract and for 12 months after the contract ends.
  • Natural Damage & Environment: Damage caused by short circuits, electricity voltage surges, lightning strikes, bad electrical grounding, floods, fire, or rats (rat bites) is strictly excluded.

Q1: Can I sign a 1-year AMC contract with BSIT?

Ans: No. As per our strict FY 2026 corporate policy, we do not sign 1-year agreements. Contracts are only available for long-term protection frameworks of 2, 3, or 5 years to ensure consistent and high-quality dedicated service.

Q2: What is the benefit of the Old Material Buyback program in Plan B and Plan C?

Ans: If your system needs an upgrade, you don’t have to throw away your old gear. BSIT will officially test your old devices (DVRs, Hard Disks, Monitors, etc.), evaluate their cash value, and immediately deduct that amount from your upgrade invoice, saving you money.

Q3: Does Plan B or Plan C cover damage from water, fire, or short circuits?

Standby (Backup) Units
